Jeremy Knap - Managing Partner
Jeremy Knap is the Managing Partner of J&S Realty, which owns and operates multifamily properties across North and South Carolina.
At J&S Realty, Jeremy oversees accounting, operations, legal matters, financial reporting and analysis, and asset management. Prior to founding J&S, he served as a Senior Accountant at GTJ REIT, where he managed the accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. His responsibilities included preparing property-level financial statements, conducting budgeting and variance analysis, reconciling tenant accounts, underwriting potential acquisitions, evaluating leasing activity, and ensuring compliance.
Jeremy began investing in South Carolina real estate in 2017 and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
Scott Regan - Managing Partner
Scott Regan is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of J&S Realty, which owns multifamily across North & South Carolina. His primary functions include evaluating property-level financial performance, modeling cash flows, interpreting valuation and physical risk, identifying new investment opportunities and asset management. J&S target investments are workforce, multifamily assets where value can be added through operational efficiencies or physical site improvements.
In previous roles at Greystone and Sabal Capital Partners, he closed over $2Billion worth of multifamily transactions across 300+ deals, in credit analysis and deal sizing roles. Scott began personally investing in real estate in 2017 in South Carolina with single-family homes. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
